That uses ARM hardware right?
I "kinda" preach this but I suggest RetroArch with the PCSX ReARMed core on android devices.
I have never personally used the ReARMed core but I have heard it is excellent.
I personally use the Mednafen PSX core on PC hardware which is also top notch.

Its the one on the bottom that does not say Debug and has the latest date.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
Where do i get the PCSX ReARMed core?
What do you think of ePSXe for Android?
thank you!

Will say it first but Warrior does not rate ePSXe at all, it's closed source.
Personally I don't use android for anything so can't comment.

I forgot to give you the Bios/Support file pack -
Download Links:
Links are hidden from guests. Please register to be able to view these links. That is all the bios and support files ready to be used in RetroArch, just extract the contents into the RetroArch system folder.
I am not sure on any other Android related details.

You would have to buy ePSXe on android.
RetroArch should be free, and you would be able to download that PCSX ReARMed Core from inside RetroArch. RA is a hassle to set up initially but once it's done you don't need to mess with settings any more, just start it up and go. ePSXe, on the other hand, often WON'T WORK with the same settings for different games. You have a lot more customization options, but often the wrong settings cause crashes. Which means you will be going back to PSXDATACENTER.com nearly every time you want to play a different game to find working settings.
Be afraid. Be very afraid.
