Problems with EPSXE

So i got that emulator you suggested and it does not work i got this error
Failed initalizing graphics try upgrading your graphics drivers and directx 9 runtime would you like to try switching to openGL?

D3DX DLL not found! try reinstalling directX
and when i switch to openGL it does not work and says would you try directX?
so what the heck do i do

Okay one last quastion so the emulator is working but i want to change the controls how do i do that?

Settings > controls and away you go.

Just a little bit of advice, try to explore and learn on your own as best you can and when you are truly stuck then ask for advice.

Its a enlightening experience.
