PaRappa the Rapper white screen with cut scene audio playing problem on epsxe and psx

when I play PaRappa the Rapper on epsxe and psx, I get a white screen with cut scene audio playing after the opening cut scene.


after a while, it goes to the title screen (with the audio still playing). but the game plays fine after that. what is going on? is this game broken?




UPDATE: on epsxe, no controls.

You might as well update the plugins though, yours is out of date
