I need help on how to burn psx files using my Mac.

What program are you using to burn the isos?
I recommend burning them using Alcohol 120 and Daemontools.
Just burn them as you would a ps2 game.
Select the .img and the .bin files to burn

I know you're only trying to help, but this is the most useless post ever to a Mac user.
