Default [Solved] Rainbow Six Vegas hangs after pushing start.

    Hi there,

as Zorlon helped us out to play Pangya Golf. I though I give it a shoot regarding another problem I have.
    It's about this game: http://www.emuparadise.me/Sony_PSP_I...rope%29/157479

So far it boots up with no problems, showing the Ubisoft-Video, a little Intro-Video and the savegame warning. After that you shall push start to start the game, but from there it just freezes and switches the psp off.

I'm using CFW 6.60 LME-2.3 on a PSP3004 and already tried all the UMD Iso Modes.

    Can someone help out?

I did try this US version, now: http://www.emuparadise.me/Sony_PSP_I...8USA%29/157481

Strangly with the excat same results: Ubisoft-Into, Intro-Video, savegame warning, push start to start, hangs, switches off psp.

I just tested the US version from the main site.

Got past the save game info, push start, create profile, then to menu. Selected single player > story mode > new story. Watched video for a bit then skipped...launch mission...loading...select launch. Now it's into the tutorial start and you have the option to skip it.
It's working fine but I only moved around a little, changed weapons and fired a few shots.

    Console: E1002 (aka Street).
CFW: 6.60 PRO-C fix 3 (non perm as the Street can't use perm).

    Spoiler warning:

Got round to testing the EU copy you linked

Using a PSP 2002 model it's just the first slim model in white

I also use 6.60 PPR-C with fix 3 applied but it's perm CFW

    Results are...

It works just fine all the way to game play.

If you think it may be a bad extraction the CRC value should be 0AE396DA or 0ae396da depending on how it is displayed for the EU version, the US versions CRC should be DADF6ADA for the UMD dump or C557AB43 for the PSN dump

Also check your CPU CLOCK GAME speed is set to default

Nice, it really works with CFW: 6.60 PRO-C fix!

    Thx for pointing out!
