If you look at the official compat list, find the game you want to play and click on the notes it will tell you that directly as they list system specs used to play the games

    http://pcsx2.net/compatibility-list.html

example for the game asked about

I am going to go with yes it should run just fine mostly, take a close look at the notes taken though

You have ok gpu but no more then "scaling x3"
But that amd will hamper you down a lot in this game.I remember way back when i had 3.3ghz amd (quad core/doesnt really matter 4/6) it had quite some trouble to play this game properly without using speed hacks a lot.
So speed hacks are your friend and enemy

That CPU is pretty weak. The STP (Single Thread Performance) is very low. You might be able to get it to 'playable' level with speedhacks, but don't expect much of it.

You can also try OCing the CPU if you want. But remember there's always risks doing that.

Just for reference's sake, I run FFXII IZJS on this just fine:
    CPU core i5 3570k
GPU Intel HD graphics HD 4000 (lol)
RAM: 4 gb at that moment, I think

I'm not sure about the graphic configuration on PCSX2, the speed was flawless, though without a dedicated GPU, things looked kinda jaggy, and I don't think it's supposed to look like that. Nothing close to an eyesore though, it looked nice enough. I used the software configuration for the graphics plugin.
