Default Crashing constantly Tales of Symphonia

Never mind i figured it out, even if i used save slates alot and loaded from them it cant be a definite 100% reliability even if it worked on other parts of game.

Save states are never a good idea to use alone always best to use in game saves mostly and use sates as a secondary option only

Loading states alone can cause some strange effects (all emulators) like sync issues that can in the end just crash out the emulator or end up just loading a blank screen, best if you do want to use states is to save them only on static screens like a pause screen or menu.
