Problem with Game, or Program?

I have recently downloaded the PS1 Emulator, as well as the Yugioh: Forbidden memories game, and even when the game is mounted, and matter how I try to run the program it will open, It crashes and says, "Missing Render Texture Extension," and "No Pixel format available!" I'm not really sure how to fix it though? o .o;

Change from OpenGL2 to OpenGL

Your system can't use OpenGL2

This shall sound silly, since I have no idea what I'm doing, but how would I do this?

Just go to your graphics plugin configuration and there should be a drop list with all your current plugins. Just change it to OpenGL or Direct3D and configure it.

I went into the graphic options but It said nothing about plug-ins, I use a windows 7 Toshiba, and for some reason I am unable to find this?

Config > Video > Click on the text that says Pete's OpenGL2

If it does not list any others you do not have them so get them from http://www.pbernert.com/html/gpu.htm

Extract them to your plugins folder of ePSXe

I think you're looking in your computer/graphics card options. To clarify, these folks mean that you should go into ePSXe config menu, click video, then change the plugin in the drop-down list there.
