Sadly redump got times that the website down, (it had happened before) their server is not very good...

I'll answer seriously. Redump is a disc preservation group that allows its members to submit their personal dumping info to contribute to and verify a massive CRC database. Having a dozen peers all dump the same game is a great way to ensure you have the correct CRC values, and discover variants that may otherwise go unnoticed. I totally had to buy myself a second copy of Dark Cloud 2 cause they found 2 versions
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

I donno, the discs look identical (except for a number on the underside) but they're slightly different sizes. The mainsite has both versions cause it has redump sets up:
