Default Are the NDS ROMs can be played on the NDS console as well?

I now own a NDS, and wanted to play games on it. I'm just wondering if downloading ROMs and putting it on the DS will work like what it does on the DS Emulators. I really wanted to play Yggdra Union and The World Ends With You so badly. Please lend me a hand.

You need a flash card to play nds game on a ds console like this.

Oh, I have this one! Are there any conversions needed to make it work?

What do you mean you have it?

If you have a flash card surely you will know what it is for?

Download the game and put the .nds file into your flash card.

And make sure you have the kernals in the flash card also (downlaoded from the site you bought your card from or the manufacturers site) So you have the latest.

If you have the Acekard 2i I recommend the newest AKAIO 1.8.9 Released http://www.sendspace.com/file/tnndp2

Other than that just make a game folder and put the Roms in. Turn on you're DS go to games and play that easy.

If you have any Acekard grab the latest AKAIO from the official Acekard site
    http://www.acekard.com/news.php
or from the official AKAIO site
    http://www.akaio.net/forum/

The Acekard 2i supports auto patching so you don't need to apply any patches to your games, i.e. the AKAIO software that runs on your kit automaticly fixes any issues, but if you find any problem games please just ask, there may be some games that still require some patching, some slower micro SD's can be a problem with some games also
