is their a way to get a psx emulator or any emulator gba, snes on the 3ds, this thing gets a little boring and was hoping to get some emulators for it.

AFAIK there are no emulators out yet, but some have boasted that they were able to get DS and DSI emulators working on it. Couldn't hurt to look into that..

emulators for the DS all work on the 3DS via a DS flash kit, there are no 3DS or DSi flash kits just DS Flash kits that work on the 3DS and DSi consoles
The above is rather obvious
I.e. there are no kits that I know of that can run in DSi or 3DS mode so DSi exclusive and 3DS exclusive software is not going to work on these kits
GBA and SNES emulation is possible with the Supercard DSTWO flash kit
SNES emulation is available anyway as it happens but the Supercard DSTWO has extra memory for beter emulation
