This thread serves as a place to post your own personal results with ESR patched games

Post the name of the game, the region, type (post nothing if it's a DVD5 game), and working or nonworking.
Type being: CD (Must be converted to a DVD), DVD5 (single layer/regular DVD) or, DVD9 (dual layer)
Region: NTSC-U, (US), PAL (European), NTSC-J (Japan)
If you patch a PAL game to NTSC-U, please post about it.
Please do not grab titles from another list and post them here, especially if it isn't listed as working.
