Need help deleted my evoxdash.xbe by mistake

I accidentlly deleted my evoxdash.xbe but I made a copy of the file and saved it on my laptop. Now my xbox only boots to the MS-Dash. My box is chipped and I can't even FTP now. Also by doing this did I erase all files saved on my HDD?

Have you tried taking out the HDD, placing it in a external enclosure and transferring it that way?

Just reinstall the mod and no you have kept all your saves and everything else you had on the HDD

All that was removed is what you removed yourself, seen as having a softmod still lets you boot the original dash

How was it installed to start with by the way

When re-installing you can skip certain steps that give you extra drives ect.. otherwise you will loose certain files but saves will remain regardless, well xbox game saves do emu saves will be lost if you do any formating while you re-install the mod, that you do not want or need to do this time round

no you wont i told you to use the slayers disc as all you are doing is installing a main dash,slayers installs the dash on your C drive.
it wont touch your other files/gamesaves as long as you choose the install main dash option with the upgraded hdd.
