A completely normal mistake, I'm sure.
Sometimes when Im tired but my brother is going on and on about movies, I yell the titles back at him with a little twist (to make him think I am listening).
For example, this evening: "Evil Fuck - Rise of the Dick"

Now that I think about it (the people of my store) none of them live in town like I do. They all commute here. If anything is strange, thats something.
    That... actually is pretty weird.

Then again, with how hard it can be to find a job in most places, I can understand people commuting to something where there are hours and at least a semi-decent rate of pay. I was really hoping for a full time opening in a town just south of here (that apparently I got weaseled out of because the guy who got it is buddy buddy with the store manager and quit his other job just in time to remove his "restricted" availability and therefore jump back up to the top of the seniority list... grumble grumble)... what was I talking about?

Oh yeah. If I had gotten full time down at this other shop, it would have been a forty-five minute drive each way, but would still be worth it in the long run. It would be the same as working a 34 hour week at my current store rather than 37 (full time for us is 37 hours). Which, honestly, is still a helluva lot better than 16. Although I do have 26 hours for the next four weeks, at least.

Looks like you should move to a smaller town. 40 hours easy, becuase there are only 20 of you.

I've thought about it, but I don't want to leave my kid. And I like my apartment.

    Wait... 20 what?

I enjoy messing with movie titles. Actually, I think there was a thread for that.

I guess you're right, I can't imagine leaving here either, even though all I have here are my folks.

    ... in your shop?!?!

We don't even have twenty people in our entire department. We usually have 7 to 10 people for the entire day.
