Golden Axe: The Duel - simply does not work ...

Personally, I bought my Sega Saturn Tec Toy yesterday and is the first model.
The concole is in a state of preservation that I've ever seen any other. I installed Mod Chip and started making records. All work, even some Japanese converted to region, but my main problem is Golden Axe: The Duel.

Already downloaded all kinds of formats and in all over the place, but this game just does not work. After entering the console on the boot screen and it automatically resets back to the CD menu.

Can anyone help me?

An Action Replay may work this should let you play imports without patching

Also patching the Region can cause CD errors (you can fix those with CDMage (get the last beta)) [just google for it]

Region patching and fixing with CDMage has been known in the past to fix booting issues of patched games

Even without changes in the region this game does not work. My console is NTSC-U of Tec Toy. The SatHeader says this game has three regions.

The same ISO works perfectly using the emulator.

CDMage repair it, emulation can ignore the errors that I describe the console itself can't.

If the image does not contain errors then it is possible it has anti modchip protection, if thats the case the even Action Replay may not be able to bypass it.

EDIT: quick dig around... don't think Golden Axe does have anti mod so if the CDMage repair does not help then it is very possible there is an issue with the mod chip or installation of the chip.
