Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Such an incredible game. The final boss battle was so epic. I still remember the first time I played it. Totally became a model for 3d boss battles in a lot of future games

I would probably say Mario Kart 64, it was the first game I ever played on the N64. San Franciso Rush, and it's sequel are 2 other games too.
