To use it you need two DS's and copy the file to one of them and then boot up the DS and click on it then start broadcasting it. Also boot up the other DS and from the main menu of the pokemon gam choose 'mystery gift' then 'recieve gift' and then 'via wireless', you should see the file being broadcasted from the other DS. Now prees the button to download it to your game.

Also make sure the date on both DS's is set to sometime between 02/25/2011 and 04/29/2011.

This is the same as the Nintendo WFC promo giveaway.
It's the ticket for the boat journey you receive not an actual Victini.

This will be useful for the folks who don't have access to wifi or miss out on the promo giveaway 'cos i think it ends next month.

Yes, it ends on april 10 for US version, and about april 22 for EU version...

I was thinking about how to get mine if I couldn't get my game cart in time, and was thinking about putting my rom save in the retail cart [since there are ways to do so...]

It doesn't matter if the receiving ds is on a different date, because when i went to get the ticket my ds's date was in the year 2001. ( i couldn't be bothered to change the date when i first got my ds)
