The patch is most likely an AP patch, to get around Anti-Piracy. The Clean is not patched, and the mirror is the same as the copy it is next to, just on another site for your convenience.
You will most likely want the patched. What might you be playing it on though?

do you know what flashcards the game works on because both clean and patched don't work for me. my card is an r4 with ysmenu v 6.44

Myself, I've tried a clean rom using the Wood-R4 variant, and same problem with the invisible walls of text. Clever, really. Getting ready to try with the AP patch, will let you all know what results I get.
I had the same problem with CycloDS. Thanks for the game.

The patched version works perfectly on CycloDS evolution =D

Hmm, There seems to be a problem with me.
I've tried many different Ghost Trick roms,patched,updated,clean etc and it all comes to one thing: The game starts and a black screen appears,not able to go pass it.
I attempted using it on desmume, Then I tried on No$gba. At first it asked for some bios, I've downloaded, But after that it had same effects as desmume.
If someone could help I'd really be more then happy.
you suck at uploading why not in mediafire?
