Really? :'D In terms of non-remakes that are unconnected to Final Fantasy and were developed in house in the last five years, the only ones I can think of are Parasite Eve: The 3rd Birthday, TWEWY, The Last Remnant and a couple of Dragon Quest titles. Maybe six or seven titles. Going from memory, Squaresoft matched that in 1999 alone (Racing Lagoon, Legend of Mana, Chrono Cross, Saga Frontier 2, Parasite Eve 2, Threads of Fate). If Square-Enix are directly working on a title nowadays, it's almost always going to be a Final Fantasy title, a Final Fantasy spinoff, or Kingdom Hearts. And while I'm not as down on Final Fantasy as some people seem to be nowadays, it's kind of sad that that's pretty much all they're about development-wise these days. :/

Neither am I, which is why I'm adamant on never playing a FF title (good or bad, new or old). But that's just me.

Eh, I'll buy it. I liked the other games in this particular series, people are just butthurt because AH IT'S NO XV.

My facebook wall is blowing up about how Tales games are better, Square Enix has no good ideas lol.
