I dunno, but to dl stuff from the site I'd recommend you to use firefox.

Trying to hang in the emu scene (as well as the abandonware or warez scenes) without firefox is more than just asking for trouble. If you're lucky, the only problems are sites like Emuparadise not working with IE. If you're not lucky, your computer will rapidly end up owned like a prison bitch (and with more infections).

So tell me, what reason could you have for wanting your machine compromised like that?

There is a freeware emulator that can play PC-Engine CD games called YAME.

You can download it from here:

For some reason Yame has this VERY weird problem of constantly thinking i'm holding down the left directional key on my keyboard, I have no idea how to fix it. That's why i'm currently using an old version of Magic Engine that somebody posted a CD-key for.

The TG16 has a lot of good shooters i've heard, and Dracula X... and some other gems like Vasteel(many of the good games need the CD addition), but in my opinion, there are much better systems for games.

The PC Engine hold some of the orignal RPG greats like Xak III, the best version being on that system and the Y's series and the best versions aswell asides from the very new PC and PS2 versions that have come out in the past few years.

The PC Engine also has some of the best arcade ports from that time.

The PCE/TG16 is the best system of it's time, though it does not have alot of games or even that much of a wide range like the 16 bit machines by Sega and Nintendo

I wouldn't call NeoGeo best of anything, but it was a nice machine with high end specs but then again I should hope so it was released 4 years later in 1991 compared to the PC Engine in 1987
