Well you should load the .ccd file into CloneCD, it should've been set to load that by default. The .ccd file is like a cue sheet that'll load up the .img and .sub files.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Hmmm, make sure your .ccd .sub and .img have the exact same filenames. That's the only reason I could see it stopping, other than of course something being corrupt...

    OK....
Question time (They might seem silly or stupid but I always have reasons for this)

    1. Your PSX, what is it? PAL/NTSC white/gray
    2. How are you booting on your PSX? Mod chip/boot CD or Swop Trick
    3. Does the IMG work with ePSXe

P.S. if the IMG works in ePSXe I should be able to get it working for you so you can burn it, even if it isn't there is also a small chance you can repair the image also, both done with free software aswell

Yeah Gray PSX has no problems boots NTSC games anyway but the lil white ones can do depending on the chip

Great OK so far so good

Get a yourself a copy of CDMage, it's a CD Image scanning prog that lets you scan for then fix errors, it also lets you create a new CD image from what ever you open in it.

    How to use:-
    run CDmage
    Open the IMG
Click on the scan for coruption icon (magnifying glass over a CD icon)
    Wait....
If any errors are found then you can either click Repair (Cain over CD icon) or Rebuild sectors (curved arrow over CD icon)
After the repair or if no errors were found you can extract the IMG to a new format by clicking on the Extract Icon (Up-Right arrow over CD Icon)

This will create a new CD Image for you in a new format, you may want to make a cue sheet for the newly outputted file but I'll get to that once you have had a play with CD Mage, or I will just make one for you, but I will need further info again at that point

ok if you need a cue sheet to make burning easy to sset up just tell me the name of the extracted image, it should include the track mode and everything, if you renamed the file though still give me the filename but also give me the mode info, oh yeah and file extention

    here ya go .

If I was you I would do a quick test with it mounted to Daemon tools by the cue file and run ePSXe and boot the game from that CD drive.

When burning for extra caution burn at the slowest speed you can.

Hope you have better luck with this time
