PS2 emulators are total ass currently, but a good portion of them can be found at http://zophar.net.

There's no such thing as a PS2 ROM, you should search for ISOs.

Try BitTorrent sites, or even check EP's tracker.

ISO's are ROM's but never mind
CD's are also read only media thats why they are called CD Roms lol, and both can be RAMs aswell CD-R and RW's and Flash Carts

But yeah your beter off searching for and asking for ISO's as they are CD/DVD games and Roms are more recognised as Cart games like SNES or GBA or many others

Ask about those in the Trading Post

And yeah EP's own torrent tracker has PS2 ISO's

Of course they are, but the general rule is:

    Dumped cartridge data: ROMs

    Ripped disc images: ISOs

    Getting technical only confuses people.

You will not be able to play the PS2 ISOs with an emulator very well or even not at all. PS2 emulation is still kinda slow with lots of graphical errors. The only way to play them is with a chipped PS2 or some kind of swap trick for PS2.
