    Default Can any one walk me through setting up a dc emulator?

    ok i really wanna get in in this stuff it looks pretty awsome but i cant figure the danm emulator out(chakcast). can some on help
    also do you have to have a really nice computer to run the iso's? thanx in advance

    The minimum specs are 256 mb of ram. You need a 2 Ghz processor and a decent video card. You also NEED windows XP. Another thing you will need is the DC bios. d/l the version I uploaded to the new releases section as it has the bios in it.

    You can either burn the image to a CD and run it from their or use Daemon's Tools to mount an image and then run it. The guide that comes with it contains a full set up guide on how to use it.

    well will a intel 3d extrme gfx card work fo r this? it is a 64 mb card.

    I have an All-In-Wonder Radeon, 32MB PCI. Is that too low end? It runs PS games pretty (like my ff8) but DC is probably way higher stress on my system. also i have a 2400+ with 512MB ram

    Chankast uses a lot more resources from the CPU then anything.

    Need XP? runs fine for me in 2K, though I have only just had a lil play with the new version so it may just be since that version

    It runs fine in 2k, though there may be issues with certain types of images. Generally it will work though.
