I get black screen whenever I start up an eboot I make from files (ISO, BIN/CUE)
I'm using a PSP2000 and 6.60 custom firmware. Oh yeah also have Popsloader.

I've made working games before using PSX2PSP for example and changed no settings.

    never use iso format
    always use bin+cue

Possibly nothing wrong with your eboots

Popsloader may be exactly what you need (try a number of the later Pops via Popsloader) you may also want CDDA Enabler v2

Nice, I made one working with the CDDA thing on there too.
It worked when I used one that has [.ccd .img .sub] as the format, but not from [.bin and .cue], so how do I make the [.ccd .img .sub] from either ISO or [.bin and .cue] files?

I probably already have the program for it, just I have no idea which one or which options it would be.

okay, for a buzz, look at my sigil link, and rip the trurip retail reference package, verfies for psx can be found in the sony directory. (cloneCD/ccd IMG/bin also exist at redump, and the trurip hashtags match up. NO redump multi-track bs regarding psx hash tags there.)
if you already have it, use daemontools (or any virtual drive) to mount the image on the computer, so it's visible in your volume directory. (my computer, or some such...)
load up imgburn and target the previously mounted psx image...
then read (save) the image as bin, and you should have a duplicate in whatever filename determined. (bin)
you can save as any, but iso DOESN'T possess subchannel datas, unlike clonCD/imgburn images.

    all the best!

    keys.
cloneCD or imgburn for ccd-IMG/bin images.

    bin+cue should be fine

just make sure the cue file is correct open it with notepad and double check (make sure there are no path in the cue sheet and the files have the correct names)

bin and cue should have exactly the same name excluding the file extension and be stored together

ccd+img is just about the same format the img file is the same as a bin file ccd file does the same job as a cue file, the sub file is not even used
