Need Help With Innocent Life

So I downloaded a PSP game and it's the first time I've used a PSP emulator. I'm using PPSSPP. I extracted it using Winrar to my desktop and tried opening it using the emulator. It says that the file is compressed and that I need to decompress it. I tried extracting it using Winrar again to my Downloads folder, said the same thing. I then tried using 7-Zip and extracting it to one of my folders... I'm not very good at this, and have no idea what's going on. Any help would be much appreciated

Could you provide screenshots of the files you extracted? Scene releases have multiple compressed files inside the initial RAR folder so you may need to extract the correct part.

If the extracted files from the downloaded file are lots of files in numbered sequence then you need to extract from the first file with 7-zip, but depending on the sequence you may also have a master file that is simply an rar file, if so extract from that file

If you have file extensions hidden for known file types then you can still use 7-zip to open one of the files then in the 7-zip gui hit ... to go back and all the files should be shown with the file extensions shown so you can see what the files actually are

The end file should be an iso or possibly a cso file
