    Default Rise of VR Popularity

I'm definitely thinking of getting a VR headset when I can afford one but I'm not sure what the pros/cons are. For instance, has dizziness ever been an issue? I'm sure there are threads that talk about the games but I just want to know if the headset is even comfortable???

I'm sure that's been solved for years, the Virtual Boy was crap compared to what exists now.

That's why Sony has public demos around, go try one. What's comfortable for one person may not be for another, and there's no way you should pay what VR costs without at least trying it.

I wouldn't say it's triggered by badly done VR though. I can get dizzy simply playing some FPS on a normal TV. I've heard some people suggest that the effect is actually lessened with VR for people like me.

I'd say find a place that will let you try a headset first or see if a friend will take it at cost if you get sick using it or don't like it.

I'm interested in trying VR but I'm waiting for better headsets first.
