Our first run at this thing. Chapter 1 and a poor attempt at chapter 2. Fortunately this game provides you with an infinite supply of continues. So, really, we're not doing anything you couldn't do on an actual console. Our playing is legit. Terrible or no, we could have completed this game in a non emulated manner, in theory.

Yes, we could have. It just would have required a lot more writing for logbook passwords

    Zone II!

Why yes, I do feel terrible about doing that. Thanks for asking.

    Time for updates? Why, yes!

A lot of minigames in this one. It fills time since the boss here is absurdly easy.

That reminds me: I actually tested out what we talked (I think?) about in that one (whether the path was blocked somehow or you could just keep going without fighting). Turns out you don't have to take it out. And the following scene doesn't change at all.

    And now, for another level.

    Failure

    Successful

(Yeah, there's no commentary on the successful run. Megaupload ate our successful level 4 video. Fortunately, that's all it ate.)

    This was an LP.

This was an LP that happened.

    It was amusing.

Because like always, there were several failures.

But it ultimately succeeded. And ended on a high note.

I'm pretty sure the high note is that I'm horribly inconsistent with voices.

    But that's another story.

Can it truly be called another story if it occurs to it's completion in this story.

It this case, one could say it was more of a subplot that was resolved at the same time.

    But yeah, you succeeded. Hilariously.

BIG! BRASS! BALLS! BIG! BRASS! BALLS! BIG! BRASS! BALLS!

(It was equally unpleasant to do that. It took about 3 tries before we actually got through)

And here's where the game suddenly feels the urge to become a serious money grind:

    Failing

    WINNING!

Also, we stopped off to play some minigames at this point:

    Gradius:

    And hockey:

Because sometimes the urge to do a terrible russian accent is just too much to resist.

It's not like we put any real thought into which voices to use. It just sort of happens.
