That sucks. The people in the room next to me at the hotel have two yappy dogs that set each other off at all times of the night. I don't agree with violence against animals, or in general for that matter but I dreamed I stomped them to death.
Thinking about it, Im really excited that the lease I just signed is for a stand-alone house.

It's a big deal for me. I've lived in apartment complexes, compartmentalized houses and single houses all over the state. Living arrangements around this part of the state are real shit. Everyone is poor here; no one wants to work. What that means is that all of the rentals are government aided or people rent out single rooms in large run down houses.Is that a big deal now? Many of my customers at work come in with bridge cards, food stamps and a dozen or two kids. They buy up huge packs of strip loin steaks or rib eye and eat better than me. I'm only 60 Miles from home but there has been a serious culture shock.
Any how, I need the money and they certainly are paying me well. I'll meet this up for a year or two and then transfer to a nicer city.

Real estate prices have gone up over here now (also rent too). But first home buyers get a 10k grant iirc...in this state anyway. Doesn't really take much off with the prices being what they are atm, but 10k is 10k
