do that, then use CCleaner to remove the entry for FEAR, then go to the registry and delete everything with FEAR or F.E.A.R. in the name. And sierra as well

I wasn't thinking so clearly on HL2, that game's system requirements are pretty damn low. But FEAR is a very demanding game. Get the demo and see.
