Default Random favorites being "nulled" in web browser

And what I mean by web browser is Internet Explorer. Now don't frantically click the back button on Firefox just because you think IE is a piece of crap. Check this out.

Anyway, for some reason a few of my favorites have been "nulled" from time to time, meaning that when I mouse over them the url doesn't show up in a dialog box, and when I click on it nothing happens. I checked the url files of the nulled favorites and the url in the file was missing. Has anyone ever had this problem before?

    Edit: I'm using IE 7.
