When my connection runs slow, I just limit the upload. That fixes everything.I will as soon as I finish downloading the demo. Will probably take a while though. :\
How should I set up uTorrent not to completely absorb all my bandwidth? I usually have no problems but right now there are over 3000 possible connections and that's really slowing down my connection.
