Unknown NES game - Connector NY

So all the lists of NES game include this title. Look at the official list or the list of NES games on Wikipedia. It is not City Connection. However, it seems almost nothing is known about it. A google search returned nothing and other rom sites knew nothing. Does anybody know anything about this game? Has it ever been dumped?

It's possible that this could be an unlicensed game? If that is so then that would explain why you can't find it on official lists.

The Wiki page lists it as a European game. Knowing the mess that the rom dumps are, I'd presume it's in the Goodset under a US or Japanese name with a (E) tag. As for what it is, no idea. Try booting up every E game? Of course that might not work if they didn't bother redoing the title screen when it was released...
