    Default something strange with graphics

I recently got Project 64 and Paper Mario ROM. But when I start the game, at the scenes in the opening when the screen is supposed to grow darker, nothing happens, it's the same brightness. Is it the emulator or the ROM doing this? Forgot to mention, it's v 1.6

Dl the plugins and extract them in the plugins folder you'll find where you installed your emulator.

I checked on the net and said I need BGMlib.dll extracted in the emulator folder, I did so and extracted Rice Video Plugin 6.1.1 and when I tried to change plugins, I got an error and said they couldn't find BMGlib.dll and couldn't load Rice. What should I do now?
