Question about private servers.

I'm just curious where you can get a private server for World of Warcraft (WoW for short) about at since I do play the game off and on. Just wanted to know how I can get one play on one and such and things I should know about it so I don't get my main WoW account locked.

Any help would be appreciated since I'm bored of 70 and such.
