The Avatar should have a full frame.
The left sig should have a frame on top, left and bottom, but not the right side.
The Right sig should have top, right and bottom, but not the left side.

Use the current pic size, just put the frame into the current pic.

Why use Vista when you can have XP that looks like Vista without the need of a DX9 compatible graphics card, and the need for 2GB RAM.
