Depends on router brand/make/model, but uually, go into your the advanced settings of your router and there should be a way to block specific urls.

dont forget to block all the proxy websites too... damn sneaky bastard kids now a days.

You level via PvP and PvE (You kill someone in PvP you gain XP)
PvP and PvE happens on the same map, sorta like a big AV.
