Lol, no, Genesis is almost fullspeed with glitches.
NES and Mastersystem are near perfect.

DreamSNES does. DreamSNES is rather slow when it comes to playing Zelda.

Byu the way I got killed by a Bandersnatch on RE:CV by trying to kill it with the knife. Guess I'm not as good as I used to be

You'll need an Dreamsnes.SBI, use Selfboot inducer to make it into a disc, and place roms (uncompressed) into the files, or some shit. I never did this myself, too complicated.
