problem with emulator

i downloaded project 64 latest version with plugins and everything and when i go to use it it won't use the plugins and i it won't let me play

Did you unzip the plugins into the plugin folder?

if that the problem i'm gonna be pissed that it was something simple

o and just so i dont have to make another topic how do you edit the graphics of a game

well i did what you told me but it still won't except it and what is the 3d graphic card

Do you have Project 64 1.6?

If not, then get it from here:

Do you have the latest RDB & GameFAQ files?
If not, then get them from here:
http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/Do...ect64/Updates/

Go into the Project64 folder and double-click Project64.chm
