If a program doesn't specifically advertise itself in it's features as dual core capable, don't count on it. In order to take advantage of multi-core processors they need to be specifically coded for it.
Why you'd think you'd need a dual-core processor for N64 and PSX emulation is beyond me, though. You don't need much of a computer at all for either.
As I was walking down the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today.
I wish, I wish he'd go away.
What "CPU-intensive roms/isos" are there? O_o; I've never run into an N64 or Playstation game I had trouble with.

So Panda, how much gay porn does this thing hold?!
Donkey Kong 64 (N64) and Jumping Flash (PSX) to name a few. You might not have problems with it if you don't do screen recording and such like I do. I mean, I screen record at 320x240 with no compression and 44khz audio. I believe writing all that uncompressed data and emulating takes some cpu, don't you think?
