Final Fantasy 8 Train scene
I hope you guys can help me out.
When I play FFVIII and I solved the train sequence where you have to abduct the president of Galbadia you subsequently have to fight the fake president.
But everytime ePSXe had to shut down in this fight and I have no idea how I am supposed to get over this fight when the program does not allow me to.
Please help me dear community!

What error does the emu gives you when it shuts down?
Are you on ePSXe 1.52? also, what plugins are you using and how do you have them configured?
It says that an error occured and that ePSXe needs to shut down.
Then XP wants me to send a mail, well you know that.
Sometimes it just shuts down and nothing else happens.
Yeah it looks like I got 1.52
My Plugins are Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.76 as Video plugin.
There are so many things I configured about that...
Andy's SPU Audio Driver 0.16 is my audio plugin and
ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2. is my CDplugin, which does'nt matter anyway, does it?
I really hope you can help me out because I really want to continue with this great game

I don't know what's your video card, but if it's nvidia, you should use Pete's OGL video plugins. Eternal 1.41 SPU would be a good choice for your sound plugin (http://ngemu.com/psx/plugins.php?cat...win32&type=spu)

when you go to start ePSXe is the icon (controller) blue? That would be an easy way to tell if you're using 1.5.2. If it's white you're using 1.6 and you need to switch over to 1.5.2.Originally Posted by Darth Piccolo

The controller seems to be white. Is there no problem to downgrade the ePSXe?
I tried to upload the pic but I don't know how to get it small enough to do that.

Yeah, just go to ePSXe.com. They have all the versions on the site. Get 1.5.2 and copy all the plugin adn stuff from your other ePSXe folder. Don't forget to look in special fixes under video config on version 1.5.2.
