    witch psx emulater is the best,and easyest to use

    Most people will say epsxe. That emulator is also what most people use.
    Very easy to use. Even for people who don't know how to access Windows' start menu ^^

    You open it, click file>run iso and play your game.

    You need PLUGINS and PSX Bios. Download, extract using winrar and place the bios/plugins in the folders with the same name within the epsxe directory. And.. of course you need games to play . Don't be so vague. Ask specific questions if you want help.

    It's not as fancy as ePSXe but all you need is a bios and the DirectX 9c update and you're good to go.
