    Default Sonic CD help

So I downloaded Sonic CD and the sound files, but now how do I make it so I get the sound when playing the game?

I'm using Chankast and this is my first game with separate sound files...

Sonic CD is not a dreamcast game, it won't run in Chankast.
Use a Sega CD emulator like Kega Fusion or Gens:

If you have them all named correctly you can run them without a cue file in Fusion. They should be named SegaCD.iso, SegaCD 02.mp3, SegaCD 03.mp3, ect. (I think that's the correct naming scheme. It's been a while since I've used ISO+MP3 rips).
