I use PSP Video 9, does a good job bad side is it doesnt tell you where it dumped the fucking converted file, but its in program files the map of the program and it should be around there.

I hate Super. Its conversion just isnt that good. Try MeGUI, tons of options for tons of codecs.

The best program is Xvid4PSP. It allows you to convert just about any format to be playable on PSP, Ipod, PS3, etc. etc.
Mod God cometh.
I just downgraded my PSP, so I'll give all those programs a try.
