Losing space continously

My pc keeps finding Downloader trojans such as Download.Generic4.IPL and Downloader and I'm losing space by the minute. I can't delete rarext.dll.0.tmp which was in my WinRAR folder, after I deleted WinRAR

Install CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/
Go to options>advanced and make sure "only delete files in windows temp folders older than 48 hours" is deselected, then click Run Cleaner.

Download SAS from here http://www.superantispyware.com/
and AVG AS from here http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install both of those and run a full scan with them one after the other.

See how things are then, if you have still have troubles or want to be sure everything is good, download Hijackthis and post a logfile here. just make sure you run the scans first.
