I don't know if it would be possible for you to convert ISO-WAV to Bin cue without any problems (Segnin told me about some music formats that when converted lose some time on it, such as a 2:00 file going to 1:58 and Some things are really picky about that) but if you have Daemon tools and can load the image onto it, try ripping it with something like CDRWin

Yeah that's what I planned to do.
Mount iso-wav-cue image on Daemon virtual drive.
    Re-rip at 4x on CDRWin 4.0D.

I've done it with most images I find that aren't BIN-CUE, some files for playstation require (well optionally) patching that can only be done to a bin/cue format (though I'm most likely running on outdated info)

Using CloneCD images is such a better option for PSX images. ;]

I don't know why I've never really been as confortable with CloneCD, I've had a few unpleasent things happen with it so I've steered away from it. I personally swear by CDRWin and to a lesser extent Isobuster.
