I don't have much of a choice at the moment. I don't feel like uninstalling any and all programs just to make the image. I'll wait until the next format, after I've installed all updates and such, then make the image.

    Replaceable poolitcians.

Yes, but the problem is that you'd probably have to build secondary private hospitals or departments, stretching resouces pretty thin. And then there's always a problem with trying to find people who'll go to the crap hospitals to work. I swear if I wake up with breasts someone's getting murdered. Of course there's also the question of how to manage these payment based doctors. If they're going to be somewhat exempt from the regular setup of how things work, it'd be kind of easy to screw over a patient. More government boards and groups, more wasted money... Thing just doesn't look good.
In case I didn't point it out clearly, I never implied things should totally switch to having both private and public hospitals. That's nonsense. There is, however, room for what they call "public-private partnerships", where hospitals are being kept in check and up to standards (lol) by the government. Also, no need to build more hospitals, just private clinics for minor surgeries and such. Those already exist and are currently running, AFAIK. There is no need to take an hospital bed that costs twice as much when the patient can be operated elsewhere. Hell, we have people going to the US just because they're tired of waiting.

Overall I think some level of privitization would work. But then there's always the problem of public going down the old shitter. And considering how expensive some of that shit gets, there'll either be a lot of poor people, or a lot of people with substandard health care. Not something I'd enjoy seeing.
It won't go to shit, since more money will be flowing in from those who are able or willing to pay. As for substandard, that won't do. That can't actually happen; the public wouldn't lose founding.
What makes the present system so crappy is that it's not being controlled adequately. You have people wasting money and time for problems that a simple doctor in a simple clinic can take care of.
I'm almost forgetting the quotas our doctors have. They can't operate as much as they feel they can, so people have to wait. Ugh, it's a lost cause.

Jack, should I download the Super Famicom pack, or the regular US only SNES pack from UG?

It depends on what you want. Do you want every game, bad dump, hacks, translations or just the US set?

The full set is goodmerged at 1.61gigs.
