Melencolia Estatica - Meditatio I

A newish Italian BM band. Getting a strong French vibe (the typical melancholic and proud atmosphere rather than the depression of the popular US bands or the aggression of the norwegian big names) off this album, but I can't pin them down to copying any band, just the overall feel.

It's certainly impressive at first listen, but we'll see how well it holds up over time.
