Hmn. I'm thinking that we can really go somewhere with this Sprung, but I'm not sure if I'd feel right playing off of member's sympathy. See, I had it in mind to escalate this issue until the point where you strip me of my moderator position and/or ban me, but I don't know that I'd feel right about it.

Suggestions?

I posted something pretty confrontational. What I want you to do is respond that if I don't like the way things are going, I can leave the staff. In fact, you've made that decision for me, and have kicked me off. Then I can get all huffy about it, and well, I'm not sure what comes after you kick me off, but we'll see where it takes us.

Indeed. I don't think Segnin should be demoted either. Might be too many demotions, also, his post wasn't worthy of a demotion. Unlike the one I'll be putting up soon with the right motivation, Sprung.

If you define most as like, you and maybe two other people, with the rest undecided, then yeah, he was voted in unanimously.

I thought that the matter was pretty-much decided when we agreed that we didn't need any more moderators at the time. In fact, that's why my promotion was rescinded, right? I mean, aside from that it was Cosmic who made the decision and not you. So why, in the last day or so, has Mikey gotten a promotion, and banned made a moderator? Again I'll mention that, y'know, consistency is a desirable trait in an administrator. You might wanna look into it.

That's just it though.

People will think that I must have done something--obviously not public--but maybe in the mod lounge or through PM's, MSN, etc. to piss off Sprung.

Given how often people rep me just for doing my job in EE, I can guarantee demodding me under what for the members would be unknown circumstances, and for possibly dubious reasons, doing that'll really get people riled up.

Amazing how a quick bite to eat can pep you up.
But it's getting late here so whatever you decide, I'll go along with it.

how about if a well known staff member gets banned over this? Not really banned, just a striked out username and access title hidden, with user title changed to "banned"
