I don't know you, you're not my friend.
I'm full of good ideas..
Basically he proved all my points wrong, I just don't like the game.
I'm returning it tonight.
You think? And that's an entirely different matter, you know.![]()
Well.. up until now I've made good use of Belias aswell, and everyone hates the summons. He's getting less and less useful though.
Hey, that's clever. I only have heal (as in cure) and attack gambits :O I should make better use of the system, I suppose.
Oh, right. Got the license ages ago, but I have yet to actually buy any techs for some reason. Thanks.
Oh, and the boss I mentioned was real easy the second time. ^.~

Bad graphics? Vagrant Story? Shit... You're kidding, right? What 3-D PSX games would you consider to have good graphics, then?'cause...while you might not like the game, Vagrant Story is really one of the best looking 3-D games on the console. More or less everyone, whether they loved the game or hated it, agreed on that. Heck I don't even like 3-D, and I still thought Vagrant Story looked sexy as hell back in the day.
Anyway, I respect your opinion of Final Fantasy XII. I'm not going to argue with you for not liking it. But I don't believe anything can be 'too Vagrant Story'. That's like saying something is 'too good'.![]()
Vagrant Story certainly doesn't have good graphics, I'd say FFVIII/IX have the best graphics.
Really? Googling it now (to make sure that I wasn't just biased because of my love for the game), I'm really having trouble turning up a single review written at its time of release that declares its graphics anything less than 'good'. And most say that it's one of the best looking games on the console. I'd agree that it's not aged well (as very few 32-bit 3-D games have), but it was an amazing achievement visually, considering the Playstation's hardware.
As for FFVIII and IX, it's not really a fair comparison to make. Vagrant Story uses fully 3-D environments, wheras FF is 3-D models on pre-drawn backgrounds. I'd challenge you to find ten fully 3-D games on the Playstation that look better than Vagrant Story. All I can come up with is Gran Turismo II, and even then the work involved in making 3-D cars is hardly comparable to that involved in making 3-D people. Granted, there might be six or seven other titles that I'm forgetting about. But that would still place Vagrant Story among the top ten 3-D games on the console. I'll admit that I'm maybe overexaggerating its graphical prowess a bit, because I really like the game, but there's no way the graphics are bad. Not even close.
Oops. Too late. XD Oh well. I'm done.
Oh man, come on, I like God of War. Give me a break.
vaganrt story was very very difficult for me i dont understand how to paly it and the monters kill me alot
if yuo have finnished that gaem yuo are avery very good player![]()
Borly the supersayin definitive!
EVER BODY SORRY
It's not that hard once you get into it actually. You just need to get the timing right on the chaining, and then make sure you make some decent weapons for different situations. If you don't have a good weapon you'll only do like.. 1-5 damage per hit, and it'll take ages to kill stuff![]()
Guess what.
I come back with
Resident Evil 4
Haunting Grounds
Genji
and £2 Gamestation credit note, lol.
