The reason I'm going for the first one as well is because I have to do something like about 4 hours work a month the open days are extra but there is like 1 or two every 2 months and its a doss more than anything I've seen a friend of mine do this job, and its like he does these kitchen meetings (requirement) once every month its 12 kitchens and he does 10 minutes in each, and thats pretty much all he does lol.
